About reporting bugs

Generally speaking, if we cannot reproduce the bug, it will be difficult for us to fix it. That is to say, the more detailed and accurate the description is, the more we are expected to solve the problem.

Here is a short guide on how to describe the bug in detail and accurately.

First describe the problem in one sentence, and then list easy-to-follow steps to cause the problem. Such as:

Can't import photos to iPhone using Quick Toolbox

  • 1. Open iFunBox and connect to iPhone
  • 2. Switch to "Quick Toolbox" option and click on Photo Gallery
  • 3. Drag and drop a JPEG file into the popup window
  • 4. Import fails with the message "There are no files to import"

You can attach a screenshot to help us understand the problem

Also, please provide the following information (important)

  • • Device: iPhone 4s (iOS 6.1.3 version), iPhone 5s (iOS 7.0.2 version), etc.
  • • Computer operating system: Window 10, 8, macOS X, etc.
  • • IE version: 9, 10 ...
  • • iFunBox version: 4.2 (latest version) of Window system, 1.9 version of Mac system
