Trustpilot calculated Wizz Air's score 1.5. The latest review - Wizz air have the most incompetent customer service I've ever experienced. This is the first time and last time I'll ever fly w them. Avoid flying with this airline. It's cheap but God forbid you have to amend your flight and speak to their customer service, they left me feeling very frustrated just to amend my return flight. Their poor quality of customer service really true reflection of their cheap budget airline.
