The website offers a delivery between 1 and 4 days for 5,95euros. THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON TIME. It has been 8 days and my package has not arrived yet. The system does not provide concrete information about where it is. Disappointed..I love shopping here and I can´t be happier with their service. I shop quite often and the (few) returns have always been very easy. Customer service is friendly and deliver has always been timely. I really recommend them!.i ordered a shirt from Desigual before reading all the awful reviews which would definitely have put me off. The latest review from Trustpilot - I’ve ordered a set of a top and pants, the box came open on a side and one of the items was missing so I contacted support and send them proof with pictures of the box and the items inside: 1 besucase the other was missing and they contacted me back saying that IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC THEYLL SEND SOMEONE TO MY HOUSE TO INSPECT THE BOX like I had nothing better to do than exposing myself to let them come to my house?!!!!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL F THIS IS ARRESMENT AND ILLEGAL. I just want them to send the missing item or refund my money and I feel attacked by this whole company you get profit form sweat shops and threat customers even worse this is the first and last time I purchase form this brand and THANK GOD I rejected working for you..
