The latest review - We pay $150 dollar a month for managed VPS hosting but every day our server is offline and we have to reboot the server 2-3 times to get it back online. one day support team is saying its bruce force attack, another day is "Reached max children process limi", but none of their suggested solutions has ever worked. Every ticket we raise takes at least 24 hours for reply. "Anytime Money Back Guarantee" as advertised on their website is a pure lie as we requested to cancel our hosting and here id their reply: "...there would be no refund due as your hosting is paid up until 03/12/2019. We can only refund full months of service, not partial months." I'm looking at alternatives and move away from this company!.
