Standard Orders
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). In stock items will ship the same day if received by 1:30 pm Pacific Time. (See delivery schedule below). Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Free Shipping (Orders over $125)
Free shipping is valid only on orders totaling more than $125, shipped to the lower 48 contiguous continental United States via FedEx Standard Ground. Order total must reach the designated amount prior to the cost of shipping and tax, and after any promotional discounts. This offer excludes Gift Certificates. Free shipping is limited to standard ground shipping and is not valid for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, APO/DPO/FPO addresses, Post Office Box or foreign countries. Orders will be shipped complete. Charges are subject to change. Please confirm your shipping charges and shipping method at time of order. Qualifying minimum purchase for free ground shipping is calculated for each shipping address.
There are a few exceptions to our Free Shipping Policy. Item(s) that do not qualify for free shipping will have a bold statement on the product page that indicates the item(s) are not eligible for free shipping.
If you return any items from an order that received Free Standard Ground shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund.
2 Day and Next Day Delivery
2 Day and Next Day orders are only shipped Monday- Wednesday. To ensure same day shipping the deadline to place your order is 10:00 am Pacific Time and weekend delivery is not offered. We have done our best to create an express shipping pricing schedule that works for small, light products as well as large, heavy products, but we reserve the right to make changes to express order shipping totals as necessary.
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories
Packages to these locations will ship via USPS. (FedEx Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air is available)
PO Box, APO, DPO and FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes, APO, DPO and FPO via USPS using Priority Mail or Express Mail. However, for very heavy orders or those orders containing many glass containers, we reserve the right to contact you and to have your order shipped via UPS to a physical address.
Delivery Schedules
Below is a "Days in Transit" map when choosing Standard Ground Shipping, a table showing the delivery schedules for the different Shipping options for both domestic and international deliveries.
The day your order is shipped is not considered a "time in transit" day.
Please Note: FedEx does not consider Saturday, Sunday or Holidays as delivery days or "time in transit" days. Weekend delivery is not available.
FedEx Standard Ground
USPS Priority & First Class Mail
- Priority Mail - Estimated delivery in 3 to 5 business days.
- USPS Ground Advantage - Estimated delivery in 3 to 5 business days.
International Mail Services
- USPS Priority Mail International - When the package leaves the United States we are no longer updated with any tracking information and therefore are no longer responsible for the package and its arrival/delivery.
Customs delays can extend shipping times.
Returned/Refused Packages
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned/refused orders and shipping charges are not refundable.
International Orders
We welcome and accept international orders!
Customers assume responsibility for their countries customs regulations. We suggest that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations, restrictions and fees before placing your order to ensure that your order is not delayed, returned or confiscated by customs.
Please check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the item(s) you are planning to order. If the item(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit issued for the items(s). If your order is returned due to a banned/restricted items policy, an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or returned for any other reason, you will be refunded the amount of the order minus a 10% restocking fee. Your refund will be issued once your order has been physically returned to our warehouse.
Shipping charges for packages that are returned to Radiant Life are not refundable.
PLEASE NOTE - Some items cannot be shipped internationally due refrigeration requirements, size, etc...

We cannot ship to all countries due to international shipping constraints, customs restrictions or delivery issues.

Orders with Back Ordered Items
If you wish to have your order shipped in multiple shipments with in stock item(s) shipped as soon as possible and back ordered item(s) shipped when available, please note this in the comment section of your order. We will adjust the shipping charges to accommodate your multiple shipment requests. Please note that multiple shipments will incur additional shipping charges.
- Standard Orders (Standard Ground Shipping or USPS Priority Mail)
Orders with back ordered item(s) will be held and shipped complete if the back ordered item(s) are due back in stock within 3 working days.
- Rush Orders (any other shipping method)
We will attempt to contact you to discuss your options. If we cannot contact you by the shipping deadline (10:00am Pacific), we will delete the back ordered item(s), adjust the shipping charge accordingly, and ship the order.
- International Orders
International orders will be held until the order can be shipped complete. If there is a delay in the delivery of the back ordered item(s), we will contact you with shipping options.
